From August 6–8, 2025, Grace & Manna Foundation held a 3-day medical outreach in Iperu, Ogun State, Nigeria, extending care to surrounding towns like Ogere, Ilisan, Ode, and Ikenne. Guided by our mission—“to bridge the healthcare gap by providing free or subsidized general health screenings and treatments for the financially disadvantaged”—this outreach was a testimony of compassion, faith, and community.
Our Impact in Numbers
2,263 individuals received free medical help, including screenings, diagnosis, and treatments.
1,600 families received food aid to support their well-being.
Free medical services provided included:
Blood Pressure Screening
Blood Sugar Screening
Malaria Screening
Eye Screening
HIV Screening
Cervical Screening
Hepatitis Screening
Health Counseling & Education
Behind every number is a life touched, a family given hope, and a community reminded that they are not forgotten.
A Collective Effort
This success was made possible by the dedication and selfless service of:
Doctors and nurses who worked tirelessly to meet patients with professionalism and compassion.
Volunteers who managed logistics, guided attendees, and spread warmth through every task.
Donors and partners whose generous contributions turned vision into reality, ensuring that thousands could access care at no cost.
To everyone who served, gave, or prayed—Grace & Manna says thank you. You have shown that caring for our neighbor, as taught in Luke 10:27, can indeed change the world.
Looking Ahead
The Iperu outreach is a reminder that the healthcare gap in Nigeria is wide, but with collective action, it can be bridged. Grace & Manna remains committed to bringing free and subsidized healthcare to underserved communities, one neighbor at a time.
Join us in transforming more lives.
